Waiver and Concent

Because dogs are animals and may be unpredictable, Dino’s Paws Brigade and/or Dino Carter cannot protect against every potential injury, risk, or accident. This Release and Waiver are intended to shift the risk of participating in dog training to the Participant/Owner/Guardian of the dog participating in training.

Participants acknowledge that they have had a full opportunity to discuss any and all concerns they have regarding foregoing risks with Dino'S Paws Brigade and its authorized representatives.

 

Participant agrees to hold Dino Carter and Dino's Paws Brigade harmless from any and all claims of injury, loss, cost, expenses, or damage caused by the actions of Participant's dog during the course of training/boarding/walking, or under the care, custody or control of Dino. Participant hereby accept and assume, without reservation, all risks associated with my participation in the training program, including, but not limited to the risks of any and all injuries to themself, their dog, and any of their family members or third parties who may attend or be present in the area where training is taking place; the risks that their dog may cause injury to other persons and/or dogs involved; and the risks that saliva, water, food, and/or other debris may be present in the training area. Participant agrees to abide by Dino’s Paws Brigade's training Policies.

 

As lawful consideration for participating in the training program, Participant, for themself, thei heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasing Party”), hereby waive, release, discharge and covenants not to sue and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dino Carter, "Dino's Paws Brigade" and their, agents, and employees (the “Released Party”) from any and all injuries, losses, claims and damages to any person or persons of any nature its directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, organizers, volunteers or other representatives, his successors and/or assigns, (hereinafter collectively the “Releases”) from any and all liability to the Undersigned for any loss, harm, damage, claim, injury, or accident to the person or property of the Undersigned, whether caused by any ordinary negligent act or omission of the Releases while the Undersigned or his/her dog is engaged in or participating in dog training/boarding/walking or using any Trainer or Business facilities in connection Therewith.

This Waiver of Liability & Informed Consent Release shall be legally binding on the Releasing Party. No waiver or modification of any provision herein shall be valid unless expressly agreed to in writing by both the Released Party and the Releasing Party.

 

Participant hereby consent to their dog and themself being the subject of the photographs and/or audiovisual recording and authorize Dino Carter and Dino's Paws Brigade to be exhibited for educational purposes or marketing tools as still photographs, video, or other similar media.

 

Every provision herein is intended to be severable. If any one or more of the provisions herein is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that shall not affect the other terms and provisions hereof, which shall remain binding and enforceable. This foregoing release and waiver, and assumption of risk is intended to be as expansive, broad, and inclusive as permitted by California law.

Participant represent that they are at least 18 years of age.

By booking and/or paying/ buying any dog training services via this website, you agree:
1. Training may include video training sessions, training sessions in different locations, webinars, courses, each training session 40-60 minutes unless agreed otherwise.
2. Dino is very committed to your dog's success and you - the client, are expected to be at least as committed as Dino, that is why there are NO REFUNDS
3. In case you need to cancel a scheduled training session: The session will be rescheduled only if the cancelation request is at least 24 hours prior to the session start time.
4. If your dog is sick, please let us know in advance. If you have a question about what is allowed in training, please let us know.
5. Dino reserves the right not to work with any dog for any reason, mainly based on the dog’s aggression or heat. Please be sure to disclose any aggressive tendencies that your dog may have prior to registering. In case Dino decides not to work with your dog altogether, you will get a refund for the remaining training sessions in your training program.
6. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
7. You are required to clean up after your dog.
8. Owners must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for their dog prior to the first class.
9. Training sessions are designed to "set your dog for a win", which is why each session’s length is adjusted in real-time to the dog's energy, eagerness to train, and success during that specific session. Sometimes the dog gets bored or doesn't feel like training and we must be tuned to that or the dog will lose its desire to train and will develop negative associations with Dino or the owner- sessions start on time but may end earlier or later than the scheduled time.
